This year’s Deputy and Assistant Headteacher Conference will be split into two parts. The morning session will be led by Catherine McLoughlin and will give leaders the opportunity to develop greater positivity and resilience in their roles, creating a solution focused attitude to the challenges faced every day. The afternoon session will be led by Dr Nancy Walbank, supporting leaders to develop their understanding of the Religious Education Directory, which is expected to be in place in all schools in September 2026.
