The governors’ role as employer is one that bears great responsibility. But what happens when things go wrong?
This training will support governors should the unexpected happen. Being prepared for an employee hearing and knowing the procedures that schools have in place will help make such experiences more manageable. Governors will know which policies they should have a working knowledge of and which to apply in particular circumstances.
