The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive previous experience of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
- Be able to demonstrate success at leading a school improvement and raising educations for children.
- Possess the ability to empower staff and include them in the next stages of the school’s journey.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Align to the mission, vision and value’s of St John Fisher and the Diocese.
- Conduct themself in a manner compatible with their position in the Church and wider community by behaving ethically, fulfilling their professional responsibilities and modelling the values and virtues of a good citizen of the kingdom of God
- Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence to support wellbeing across the school community.
- Have a clear track record of raising standards.
