On Friday 13th February, Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School in Brixton welcomed Sister Macilla and Michelle Ungaro from their parish SVP group to school for a very special occasion — the commissioning ceremony for the Mini Vinnies.
The Mini Vinnies shared the story of the Good Samaritan with the whole school and proudly made their promise to SEE – THINK – DO. The Mini Vinnies have also enjoyed a workshop focusing on the SVP Lenten Heart to Heart Appeal, which was led by Ania Franczak, Young Vincentians Officer from our local SVP office.
Staff look forward to supporting their Mini Vinnies as they begin this important journey of kindness, service, and compassion.
