Induction for new Senior Leaders
For: DHT, AHTs phase leaders, department leads and leaders in similar level roles.
These sessions are suitable for senior leaders new to post who are looking to lead on change within their school.
This CPD opportunity is designed to support new leaders to understand their role & think about how to lead change, focusing on measuring the impact they have on pupil outcomes.
This training involves 3 in person sessions, led by John Conway, CEO of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Education Trust and 3 1:1 online sessions with Sam Gower TRO at the Education Service.
Online sessions will be arranged individually via Teams.
In person sessions are 2-4pm and will be held at the Education Service, St Edward’s House, St Paul’s Wood Hill, Orpington, BR5 2SR.
- Session 1 – Thursday 8th October 2026.
- Session 3- Thursday 4th February 2027.
- Session 6- Thursday 17th June 2027.
