St Mary’s Catholic Junior School is seeking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated and faith-filled Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in leading the school’s strategic direction, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning and promoting the Catholic life and mission of the school.

- Is a practising Catholic who is committed to supporting and developing the Catholic ethos of the school
- Has a clear understanding of Catholic education and the mission of schools within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark
- Will contribute to developing the Catholic Life and Mission of the school
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven record of impact on teaching and learning
- Has the vision, leadership skills and determination to help drive school improvement
- Can inspire, support and develop colleagues through strong and compassionate leadership
- Is committed to ensuring every child flourishes academically, spiritually and personally
