  • Is a practising Catholic, who supports and values the school’s Catholic ethos.
  • Is an outstanding teacher who inspires children and is able to share exemplary practice across the whole school.
  • Can communicate the school’s vision and support the Headteacher in strategic leadership.
  • Has the skills to consolidate and to build upon the high expectations of attainment and achievement, to drive improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Hasa real understanding of,and true value in,nurturing each child as an individual, whatever their ability and needs.
  • Has very good interpersonal skills, is aspirational andeager to work collaboratively with all members of the school community to ensure our school vision can continue to evolve and grow.
