On Christmas Day, fifteen of our Year 5 and 6 children appeared on the King’s Speech delivered by King Charles III and which was broadcast on BBC1 and ITV. In December the group visited Buckingham Palace as part of a choir organised by Bexley Music to record the carol “While shepherds watched their flocks”.
We are so proud of our children and how they represented our school, St Fidelis Catholic Primary, in Erith. As one of our children commented on the day, “it’s once in a lifetime”. If you would like to see our children singing, visit: The King on BBC iplayer.
