On Friday, November 21st, pupils from St Margaret Clitherow Catholic Primary School in Thamesmead shared a wonderful and memorable experience with representatives of the Royal British Legion.
Staff and pupils were very privileged to have representatives from the British Legion visit their school. Delegates from the school, comprising the head boy, head girl, and the Mini Vinnies group, were provided an opportunity to inquire about initiatives in regards to supporting serving and ex-serving men and women, veterans, and their families.
The visit concluded with a visit to the Prayer Garden for a brief, silent period of reflection.
