St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School Receives Pilgrim of Hope Candle

St Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Primary School celebrated the Jubilee Year of Hope by welcoming the Pilgrim of Hope candle.

They marked this occasion by St Christopher’s class working with Made in Merton to design and print bunting in the theme of pilgrims of hope. They did this using a traditional block printing method.

This will be displayed for all to see and appreciate. Some of the chaplains will be making their own pilgrimage with the candle to deliver it to the next school.
