In the last three years we have had upwards of 60 senior leaders moving on from their posts. This training is to support the Foundation Governors and Directors to prepare for the transition between heads for their schools. From receiving the resignation letter to the induction of a new headteacher and a deputy headteacher the importance of recognising reserved posts.
