As our Catholic Academy Trusts become fully formed, the principal of working together becomes ever more important. Academisation within the Archdiocese offers an opportunity to work more collaboratively, removing barriers and increasing capacity across our community like never before.
As part of this emerging landscape, the Diocesan Education Service is introducing Catholic Academy/Education Trust Central Team Networking opportunities so that we can realise that we are Together in Mission. Proverbs 27:17 says Iron sharpens iron, and with the like minded people in the room we can forge and fire our iron to become a beacon of Catholic Education across the country, together.
The first introductory session is for COO, CFO, Directors of Education and Catholic Life Officers within Trusts. It is a face to face so that the relational aspect of this networking can take priority. Contacts may be exchanged and online meeting facilitated so that three times a year, postholders can some together to share exceptional practice and learn from one another.
