This session for directors of CAT’s (KCSP, SORCAT, St Benedict, Christ the Redeemer and Sancta Familia) will look at the key details to be included in a CEO report not limited to, but including:
- Executive summary
- Strategic priorities
- Quality of education
- Safeguarding
- Catholic life and mission
- Finance & operations
Please reflect on the following:
- Do the CEOs/Trust reports answer all your questions in all areas?
- At the end of each meeting does your board review itself? (Was this board meeting effective? What would have made it even better?)
