On Thursday 18th September 2025, the Year 5 class from St Margaret Clitherow Primary, Thamesmead got the opportunity to visit The Houses of Parliament.
They were thrilled to receive a guided tour and find out all about what goes on inside and how things are debated.
This was followed by a workshop and a chance to meet a representative from the local MP, who spoke about his work and answered their questions.
