Cancellation Policy – You will not be charged a fee if you cancel prior to the published deadlines (see the table below). If cancellations are made after the times listed below, you will be charged.
Please be aware we offer free cancellations if you are notified of an inspection or other unforeseen circumstances such as safeguarding or staff illness. Please email clairewilliams@rcaos.org.uk to notify us.
