Mini-Vinnies at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Maidstone, led by Miss McNulty, raised a wonderful £65 at the Christmas Fayre through their “Pie the Mini-Vinnie” stall! Brave volunteers took the plunge as friends and family gleefully threw cream pies in their faces, all in the name of charity. The money raised will be split between CAFOD and our local foodbank, ensuring that our contributions support those in need both globally and locally.
This fun-filled event is a shining example of their Mini-Vinnies putting Catholic Social Teaching into action by living out the principles of solidarity, preferential option for the poor and stewardship. Well done to all involved!
